welcome, welcome littlest Ross

The world should be smiling tonight because it has gone one whole day with a new member of civilization.  My dear Katherine and her husband Christopher welcomed their little darling Amelia Joy into the world yesterday evening.  I am so happy for them and all the adventures they have in store.  I am sure they are having a very lovely time getting acquainted.  Just think, I've known Katherine since the days when we were the age of the kids I am in school with all day.  And now, a billion years later, how very lucky I am to get to share the excitement of the birth of her child.
