that time of year

It is play time once again, and I, as the set coordinator person-ish, have stepped full swing into preparing for performances.

The better part of today and yesterday were spent in the auditorium working on the sets.  The show is A Midsummer Night's Dream, which I love.  This also means that the stage has to be transformed into an enchanted forest. So this is my challenge and will be the occupation of a majority of my weeknights and the better part of the weekends.

I've had a lot of fun working with the students.  They are so happy and excited (most of the time).  Plus, it is just really cool to get to spend time with my little brothers' friends and be able to put a personality with the name.

Opening night is November 11.
