a beautiful gift
As I stood at the gas pump, in a heavily trafficked area, I thought how much I dislike this task.
Then I looked up at the sky to see the most gorgeous big fat clouds.
They were sitting there, beyond the pavement, beyond the mega store, beyond the power lines, beyond the monotonous apartment complex.
I thought how lucky I am.
What a beautiful gift I have been given.
Today, as I went through another ardous task, placing 174 graduates senior portraits into the newspaper, I looked at the names and faces. Some I knew. Some I have known for years.
How lucky I am.
What a beautiful gift I have been given.
