Evening Biking.

Field of Queen Anne's Lace. What could be more perfect?
Our bikes as we paused to enjoy the surroundings and pose for a snapshot.

I am thinking these stones would make a beautiful quilt. Number 3?
Also, note Caitlin's cute sandals.
Water level measure. After the rain we have been having of late I am sure the water level is quite a bit higher now.
There is nothing like a crooking fence post and country road receding in the distance to put one right as rain again.

The weather has been a bit more volatile and chilly lately. Not so good for bike riding. But there was a night last week than made for a perfect bike ride. Miss Bell and I took off down the county roads and made it around the block before sunset came. We exchanged stories of childhood and life with brothers. And came to the conclusion that all children should be allowed to play with tea sets. The long term results would include more pleasant table manners and a fondness for sipping slowly.
