A Bit of Broody Weather.

Skies have been dark and ominous for the past few days. The ground is so happily saturated with water. I love a good rain shower and thunderstorm, but I do hate having wet shoes. Squish, squish all day long.


The best part about rainstorms is the next morning, when the gray skies clear up. The sun shines through and makes for a magnificent day. I think the trees were shaking free of their drenching like a dog after its bath.
