whether or not one concedes that that law causes a woman to second guess her decision to end the life of her baby is an arguement in futility. once that baby is born outside the mother's womb according to the law of infant's rights and the hypocratic oath taken by all doctors "to do no harm" ethically eveerything that can be done to preserve the babie's life should b e done or that doctor should be tried for manslaughter.
