My laptop had a little crack in the case so I sent it off to Apple for them to replace it. A common problem that is covered by extended care warranty meaning they pay for everything. So until I get it back I am personal computer less and am relying on SCAD computer labs. If you send me something and I don't reply right away that is why. If you want some good results just give me a call or text me if your IN. I get texts now - but only if your IN (meaning you have Verizon).
