SEW OLD WOMAN! SEW LIKE THE WIND!
Today in class we learned how to use the Bernina sewing machines. They are really awesome, very expensive amazing beasts! SCAD has a dozen or so in Savannah, but they bought three new ones for us to have her on this adventure. Someday, I will own one. After we learned how to use them we were given the assignment (for todays stitching) to make a self-portrait. The machine has a free-motion option to you can just take off and not have to finagle the machine's motion.
Yeah, my eye looks scary, but not as scary as it did BEFORE I fixed it.
By the way, it is supposed to SNOW here! Yuck. I'll never make it up the street if it does that.
