SEASON REVERSE?

It would seem that it is a beautiful spring day outside. I can't say it's quite summer - which is probably the most likely - but it is not fall. So I am stumped.

Tonight we have the city-wide picnic in the park. Everyone gathers in Forsyth to sit and picnic with friends and listen to the wonderful Savannah Symphony.
